The Alpine Bagel Co. was formally incorporated in 1996. We have grown
into a multi-faceted restaurant and food service company that has created friendly,
hip bagel cafes that serve authentic, made from scratch, superior foods.
The three founders are "hands on" operators and the majority of management
has been with us from the start.
The Alpine Bagel Co. currently operates twelve operations
under our corporate umbrella. Among our claims to fame, a
slew of award winning bagel cafes, a gourmet sandwich shop,
a brick oven pizza concept, a full grill conept, a coffee
and giant size muffin shop, a made from scratch pizza and
pasta operation and a hand full of ideas that are about to
be air lifted into operation.
The uniqueness of our food and focus makes Alpine Bagel a perfect fit for what
many refer to as alternative markets, in fact, these markets are our tried and true.
The company has grown from the neighborhood store into a concept that explodes
when surrounded by foot traffic.
The success of our on campus locations, (Vanderbilt University, Duke University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of Texas at Austin, VCU School of Medicine, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill)
has been phenomenal. Alpine has the flexibility and the understanding it takes to
